Obituary of Audrey Jean

Audrey �Diane� Jean Puls, 73, of Stone Lake, WI, died and was raised to life through Christ Jesus on Monday, July 16, 2012 at her home. Diane was born on May 12, 1939 in Menomonee Falls, WI. to Walter and Marian (Zunker) Bergemann. She graduated from Menomonee Falls�High School in 1957 and attended Columbia School of Nursing. On November 22, 1958 Diane married Thomas F. Puls . They lived in Barron, WI. where Tom taught and coached and where they started their family. Diane and Tom moved to Thiensville, WI in 1967. Diane worked for Gimbels Department Store. She was later employed for many years at Lake Shore Middle School and Homestead High School. They spent every summer at their lake cottage in Stone Lake, WI. and in 1992 started their retirement winters in Sun City, AZ. She enjoyed golfing, reading, listening to her late night radio and all her crafts. Diane�s world revolved around her family. Surviving are Husband: Thomas Puls, Stone Lake, WI, Daughter: Christine(Gary) Wilke, Fort Atkinson, WI, Son: Mark(Deb) Puls, Hollywood, Fl, Grandchildren: Craig and Carly Wilke, Lucas Puls, Sisters: Vicki Memmer, Colorado, Pamela Mingari, Waterford, WI. She was preceded in death by her son, Scott and her parents. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 11:00, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Fort Atkinson,WI. Friends may call on Saturday from 10am until the time of service. The family would like to thank the oncology staff at Rice Lake Medical Center for their care.
