Obituary of John Patrick Morgan

John "Jack" Patrick Morgan, age 93, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at his home. Jack was born in Massachusetts on October 14, 1918, the son of James and Mary Katherine (O'Hagan) Morgan. Jack served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. On August 13, 1949, Jack married Rae Jean Carlisle at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson. Jack was an over the road truck driver and he enjoyed raising and showing Appaloosa horses over the years. Jack was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson, WI. Surviving are: His Daughters: Shan (David) Wolfram, Roseburg, OR, Mary K. (Virgil) Seisser, Jefferson, WI, Teri (James) Orton, Janesville, WI, Patti (Michael) Mortimer, Fort Atkinson, WI, and Nancy (Peter) Olsen, Fort Atkinson, WI, Grandchildren: Kim (Scott) Silvers, Lascassas, TN, Wendy (Cory) Kopischke, New Berlin, WI, Scott (Heidi) Orton, Janesville, WI, Melisa (Brian) Rutter, West Warwick RI, and Patrick Olsen, Carol Stream, IL, Great-grandchildren: Gunner, Justin, Kayla, Jonah and Morgan, and a brother: James Morgan, Lincolnshire, Illinois Jack was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Rae Jean, brothers: Fred and Thomas Morgan, and a sister, Nancy Schulte. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Rainbow Hospice, Jefferson or St John the Baptist Catholic church, Jefferson. Private Family services will be held. The Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
