Obituary of David Allen McCulloch

David Allen McCulloch, age 74, of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 at his home. David was born in Lima Center, Wisconsin on March 15, 1938, the son of Elmer and Julia (Duckett) McCulloch Sr. On June 11, 1966, David married Sandra Carroll in Milton, Wisconsin. David worked at Thomas Industries in Fort Atkinson and then worked 30 years in construction with TS Willis and Maas Brothers, retiring in 1996. David was a sportsman who loved to fish and hunt. He was a handyman for neighbors and helped build a house for his son. He was also a fan of Fort Atkinson High School sports. Surviving are: His Wife: Sandy McCulloch, Fort Atkinson, WI, Sons: Tom (Krissy) McCulloch, Milton, WI and Jeff McCulloch, Fort Atkinson, WI, Four Grandchildren: Cody, Jessica, Tiffany, and Cory, Sister: Gerry Wilcox, and Brothers: Elmer (Marcie) McCulloch, Jr., and Lawrence (Mary) McCulloch, all of Whitewater, WI. He is further survived by numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by 5 sisters: Beverly Kyle, Ida May Schultz, Mary "Judy" Douglas, Norma Jean Lusk, and Betty Krause and one brother: Bobby McCulloch. Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 24, 2012, at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, 31 W. Milwaukee Street, Fort Atkinson,WI with Rev. Chris Buckingham-Taylor officiating. Friends may call from 5-7PM on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, Fort Atkinson and after 9:30AM on Friday, August 24, 2012 at the church until the time of the services. The Nitardy Funeral home, Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
