Obituary of Marie Jean Williams

Marie Jean Williams, age 82,of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin passed away on Monday, November 12, 2012 at Alden Estates in Jefferson, WI . Marie was born on February 26, 1930 in Eagle, WI to Suzanne and John Schmidt. She worked as a dietitian at UW Whitewater, Marquette University, and also at Countryside Estates in Jefferson, WI. She was a true animal lover. Surviving are her son: Kenneth Kucken, Whitewater, WI; 4 Grandchildren Clint (Sarah) Kucken, Fort Atkinson, WI, Natalie (Matt) McGrath, Waukesha, WI, Kim Behling, IL, and Kris (Shannon) Behling, MI; 3 great-grandchildren: Abby, Matthew, and Camron; 3 sisters: Wanda (Doug) Haferman, Fort Atkinson, Pearl (Jerry) Johnson, Fort Atkinson, and Bonnie Owens, FL; 2 brothers: Russell Schmidt, Watertown, and Michael Schmidt, Fort Atkinson, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marie was preceded in death by a son: Wade Williams, and a daughter: Linda Behling. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, November 16, 2012 at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Atkinson, with visitation from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home. Family burial will be held at a later date in the Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Atkinson.
