My Dearest Neighbors,
My heart goes out to all of you in the Kienbaum clan. Marylin was a warm, selfless woman that I will always admire. I have many fond memories of Marylin, but a few stand out. In 1968, when my famil moved to the farm next door, Marylin invited me over to welcome me and introduce me to the younger kids, Nancy, Jimmy and Lenny. I'll always remember that day and eating cupcakes with Nancy. Not long after, my favorite kitty, Buddy, was hit on the road. I stood in the middle of Townline Rd crying. Marylin stopped, picked up Buddy and gently lay him down in the grass under the big maple tree where I could safely sit and grieve. During grade school, I was the first one home, and I could always count on Marylin driving past, honking and waving to me. And most of all, I will always cherish the memory of Marylin coming to Utters Cemetary and later to lunch to comfort our family after my Dad passed. God bless you Marylin!

I admired Marilyn for her tireless energy of what she believed in. I am reminded of a saying: What every you have done for yourself - dies with you. What ever you have done for others - lives on forever. She leaves a great legacy of good work for the Whitewater Food Pantry. What a nice tribute to have it named after her! She'll always be remembered.

Marilyn was a great lady!! I loved to talk to her and hear her words of wisdom!! I loved how she spoke her true feelings and stood behind what she believed. Many thoughts and prayers to the entire family. Thinking of you all and keep her spunk alive and keep everyone on their toes and she would always have done. I have many fond memories of her!
