Obituary of Barbara Faye Behl

Barbara Faye Behl, 83, entered into eternal life unexpectedly on Sunday, December 16, 2012, at Fort Memorial Hospital, with her loving husband at her side. She was born on April 11, 1929, in Stoughton, WI, to the late Arthur H. Sundt and Inez (Furseth) Sundt. She was married for 63 years to her beloved husband, Lloyd Behl. Barbara was blessed with 10 children, Brian (Cora) Behl of Yuma, Arizona; Beth (Roger) Wiedenfeld of Lake Mills; Kay (Tom) Swetland of Fort Atkinson; Ann (Rod) Kovnesky of Fort Atkinson; Mark (Lisa) Behl of Madison; Gail (Jeff) Day of Hartford; Sue (David) Martin of Lake Mills; Sara (David) Fulton of Wonewoc; Karen (Tim) Field of Cleveland, WI. Besides her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by a son, Jon; and her brother, Wilbur Sundt. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother (46 grandchildren), and great-grandmother (16 great-grandchildren). She was also anticipating the birth of 3 more great-grandchildren in the coming months. Family and faith were the most important things in Barbara�s life. Barbara also enjoyed traveling, rosemaling, riding her moped, and riding on the motorcycle with her husband. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. this Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at St. Paul�s Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Nitardy Funeral Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
