Obituary of Patricia Ann Townsend
Patricia Ann Townsend, age 79, of Cold Spring, WI passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Facility in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date, as of yet to be determined.
