Obituary of David Carl Graffin

DAVID CARL GRAFFIN, 73 of Jefferson passed away August 25, 2023 at Watertown Hospital after a long illness; his daughter, Heather, by his side.

David was born on January 17, 1950 in Milwaukee (an identical twin) to Armand and Geneva Graffin.  He grew up in Cambridge, graduating from the class of 1969.  He married Clarinda Howe June 19, 1971.

David was a union carpenter working in commercial construction for 35 years.  He enjoyed golfing which he often wished he had taken up earlier in life. NASCAR, the Packers and all the family get-togethers were never missed.  Before David’s illness, many bus trips were taken.  He could sit back and leave the driving to someone else.

He is survived by his wife Clarinda of Jefferson; daughter Heather (Brandon) Palicki of Delafield; grandchildren Blake, Scarlet and Layla; brothers Dennis (Joy) and Dan (Deb) as well as nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son Jamie (2013), brother Dale and his parents.

A small celebration of life may be held at a later date.
