Obituary of Clarice Breidenbach

Clarice Breidenbach, age 83, of Waupun, WI formerly of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Waupun Christian Homestead in Waupun, Wisconsin. Clarice was born in Fort Atkinson, WI on January 16, 1932, the daughter of Maurice and Clara (Steinbauer) Wandschneider. She attended K-12 schools and graduated from Fort Atkinson High School. Clarice worked at Nasco in Fort Atkinson where she was the Director of Sales for The Home Economics and Early Childhood Education Division for 40 years. Clarice married John Breidenbach in October of 1975. Upon her retirement in 1994, the couple moved to Sun City West, Arizona where they resided until they returned to Fort Atkinson in 2004. Survivors include two step children: Dennis (Nan) Breidenbach, Fox Lake, WI and Patricia (Ed) Gruninger, Denver, CO; four step grandchildren, and ten step great-grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews, and friends. Clarice was preceded in death by her husband, John, her parents Maurice and Clara Wandschneider, her three brothers: Delbert, Maurice, and Don, along with two sisters: Marion and Doris. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30AM on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Atkinson, WI with Father Peter Auer celebrating. Mass will be followed by fellowship in the parish hall. Private family burial will take place in the Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 620 S. 76th Street Suite 160, Milwaukee, WI 43214. The Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson, WI assisted the family.
