Obituary of Richard Ellwood Mould

Richard Ellwood Mould, age 77, of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Richard was born in Richmond, Wisconsin on October 28, 1938, the son of Ellwood and Lillian (Wiedenhoeft) Mould. Following graduation, Richard attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for 2 years. On July 10, 1993, Richard married Ann M. Schaffitzel in Jefferson, Wisconsin. Richard worked at the Wieler Company in Whitewater for 12 years and for 17 years he worked as a supervisor for Opportunities, Inc. in Fort Atkinson, WI, retiring in 2000. Richard served in the Wisconsin National Guard. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, camping, softball, reading, cooking, and wine making. Surviving are: Wife: Ann M Mould, Fort Atkinson, WI, Son: Paul (Kaye) Mould, West Allis, WI, Daughter: Rhona Charles, Honolulu, HI, Step-Son: Jeffrey (Kim) Hecht , Jr., Waterloo, WI, Grandchildren: Jeanna, Ashley, Gabrielle, Haley, and Mikayla, brother: Jim (Deb) Mould, Reedsburg, WI, and a Sister: Nancy (Lamont) Haskins, Friendship, WI. Richard was preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother, Don. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at 11:00 AM at the Nitardy Funeral Homes Chapel, 1008 Madison Ave., Fort Atkinson, WI with Rev. Bryan Engfer officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30AM-11AM on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson, WI until the time of the services.
