Obituary of Robert Willard Kline

Robert W. Kline Jr., 68 Whitewater passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at his home. Robert was born on November 16, 1947 in Omaha, Nebraska to Robert and Sara (Solt) Kline Sr. He graduated from West Division High School in Milwaukee. Robert served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. After the war, Robert received his Bachelors Degree from UW- Wisconsin and his law degree from Marquette University. He worked as an x-ray technichian in the military and also after the war at the Milwaukee Co. Hospital. He also served as a full time reservist in the Air Force. Robert worked for many years for the State of Wisconsin as a Public Defender. He loved to fish, deer hunt and collect coins. He is survived by his siblings; Sharron Hegland, Whitewater, WI, Roger (Marcia) Kline, Menomonee Falls, WI., Barbara Sullivan, Cudahy, WI and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. A time of remembrance will take place on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 550 N. Newcomb St., Whitewater, WI 53190. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00am until the time of service.
