David W Grant, age 58, of Fort Atkinson, WI passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at his home. David was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on March 26, 1957, the son of James R. and Christine B. (Garbrecht) Grant. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. David married Ema Akhundova. David worked for Kimberly Clark Company in Neenah, WI, Dartco Mfg. in Augusta, GA, Globe Industries in Chicago, IL, Atlas Powder in Joplin, MO, The Scotts Co. in Marysville, Ohio, New Jersey, Hexcel in Lancaster, DAP Inc. in Paulsboro, Ohio, TEC Specialty Products in Edison New Jersey, and at the ChemTool in Crystal Lake, IL. For the last years David launched professional websites to provide business consulting. David was a highly educated professional with the expertise in many fields including politics, economics, IT, and more. He was a loving husband, a caring son and a great dad. Surviving are: Wife: Ema Grant-Akhundova, Madison, WI, Mother: Christine B Grant, Fort Atkinson, WI, Children: Karmen (Marcus) Porter, Hays, KS, Danielle Grant, Appleton, WI, Elijah Grant, Appleton, WI, and Grace Grant, Appleton, WI, Step-Son: Tim Seyidov, Madison, WI, Two Grandchildren: Rebekah Porter and Elijah Pekel, Siblings: Kenneth (Debra) Grant, Judith (Christopher) Montony, WI, Steven D. Grant, Michael (Jessica) Grant, Elizabeth (Ronald) Albanese, Geoffrey (Jennifer) Grant, Angela (Mark) Janssen, and Andrew (Carol) Grant. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends . David was preceded in death by his father James R. Grant. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 11:00 AM at the Nitardy Funeral Homes Chapel, 1008 Madison Ave., Fort Atkinson, WI. Visitation will be after 10AM on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the funeral home until the�time of the services.
