Sandy was a dear friend to me! She was the type of person who would be there without even having to ask. One of many examples of this is when my daughter graduated from high school and we were throwing a party for her, I came home from work the day before the event only to find my whole porch filled with buckets of flowers from Sandy’s gardens! A message was left by Sandy saying, “I thought you could use these flowers to decorate the tables!” This is only one example of the ways in which she reached out to help someone or do something thoughtful for someone. I write this on this beautiful sunny day surrounded by the emerging hostas and ferns she gave to me over the years and I feel comforted by her overwhelming beauty which lives on! You will forever bloom in my heart dear friend!❤️❤️❤️
