Obituary of James William Erdman

James William Erdman, 77, Fort Atkinson, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Sylvan Crossing in Jefferson, WI. Jim was born on July 28, 1940 in Watertown, WI to William and Leona (Larson) Erdman. He graduated from Fort Atkinson High School. Jim married Sherry Bibow on November 27, 1964. She preceded him in death on June 2, 2015. He delivered dairy products for Golden Guernsey Dairy for a few years. He also had a sales route for Frito Lay for over 20 years which allowed him to talk to many people which he loved. After Jim retired from his route he worked for Standish Industries for another nine years. He enjoyed watching sports, especially his grandchildren. Jim was very involved at Faith Community church and enjoyed going to Crescent Lake Bible Camp in Rhinelander, WI. He is survived by his children, Daniel J. Erdman, Brunswick, GA, Christopher L. Erdman, Rebecca S. Erdman and Lisa M. (Eric) Bethard, all of Fort Atkinson, WI; grandchildren, Ashley Erdman, Trevor (Amanda) Erdman, Katherine Erdman, Jacob Erdman, William Bethard and Cameron Bethard; great-grandchild, Gabriella Erdman; brother, Steve (Shirley) Erdman, Fort Atkinson; sister, Nancy Erdman, Fort Atkinson. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Sherry. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 11:00am at Faith Community Church, W5949 Hackbarth Road, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538. Friends may call at the church from 10:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Oakland Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery.
