Obituary of Rita Mae Goshaw

Rita Mae GOSHAW, age 70, of Fort Atkinson, WI entered into eternal life on Thursday, March 19, 2009, at her home. � Rita was born in Medford, WI on February 15, 1939, the daughter of Arthur and Christine (Bach) Ross.� Graduate, Medford HS, 1957.� Rita married Loren John Goshaw on August 26, 1961 in Medford.� She resided in South Milwaukee for 37 years, moving to Fort Atkinson in 2003.� Rita was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson.� She enjoyed sewing, quilting, reading, exercising, and spending time with her grandchildren. �Surviving are: Husband: Loren Goshaw, Fort Atkinson, WI, Son: Craig (Cuncun) Goshaw, Milwaukee, WI, Daughter: Corinne (Todd) Willkomm, Jefferson, WI, Beloved Granddaughters: Caiden and Calla Willkomm. �Brother: James (Priscilla) Ross, Stevens Point, WI, Brother: Gerald (Bonita) Ross, Stevens Point, WI, Brother: Carroll (Marilyn) Ross, Stevens Point, WI, Sister: Elizabeth (Nick) Brackus, Boise, ID, Sister: Patricia (Tom) Saltz, Madison, WI, Sister: Nancy (Jim) Gavin, Stevens Point, WI, and Sister: Karen (Ismael) Soto, Oconomowoc, WI. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rita was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Eugene and William Ross and a sister, Marie Doberstein. �Visitation will begin at 10:00AM, Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Atkinson, WI.� Mass will be held at 12:00PM with Father Jay Poster officiating.� Following mass, lunch will be served in the church cafeteria.� A private family burial will be held in the Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Atkinson, at a later date . �Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Joseph Catholic Church. �The Nitardy Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson is assisting the family
