Obituary of Helen Sue Cheney

Helen� CHENEY, age 73, of Jefferson, Wisconsin, passed away, Friday, May 1, 2009, at the Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital. �Helen was born in Tennessee on October 13, 1935, the daughter of Hugh and Sue (Taylor) Rhea.� She met Robert Cheney in 1979 and they were married in August of 1990.� She loved her family and her greatest joy in life were her granddaughters, Jordan and Gabrielle.� �Surviving are: Husband: Robert Cheney, Jefferson, WI, Daughter: Sue (Dan) Goulder, Two step-daughters: Sylvia (Will) Henricks and� Colleen Haro, Two step-sons: Mathew (Kim) Cheney and Tom (Cindy) Cheney, �Three granddaughters, two grandsons, five step-grandchildren, and a great-grandson, Sister: Ruth (Bill) Hensley, and Brother: Jack Rhea. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews. �Helen was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Hugh Curtis Rhea and a sister Mary Faye Rhea. �Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at 6:00PM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Atkinson with Pastor Bill Beyer officiating. �Friends may call after 4:00PM on Tuesday at the funeral home until the services.
