Obituary of Mildred Anna Stelter

Mildred A.Stelter, age 93, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, died on Friday, May 15, 2009, at Fairhaven Retirement Community in Whitewater, WI. �Mildred was born July 25, 1915 to Gustav and Alice(Huebner) Fiedler in Milton, Wisconsin.� She graduated from Milton Union High School in 1933.� On February 10, 1937, Mildred married Charles Stelter in Belvidere, Illinois.� She worked at Whitewater Electronics and sold Avon and a homemaker.� Mildred was a member of First English Lutheran Church and to the Love Circle.� She belonged to Seniors in the Park and went on many trips.� Mildred was also active in the Seniors Rhythm Band which played at the Walworth County Fair and at the grade schools.� �Surviving are: �Daughter; Janet(Gary) Stone, Summerfield, FL, Daughter; Carol(LeRoy) Vohs, Whitewater, WI,� Daughter; Gloria(Dan) Weissinger, Janesville, WI., �8 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren, Sister-in-law; Agnes Fiedler, Milton, WI. and other relatives, nephews, nieces and many friends. �Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 11:00am� at the First English Lutheran Church, Whitewater, Wisconsin with burial in the Hillside Cemetery, located in Whitewater, Wisconsin. �Friends may call from 9:30am until the time of the service at the church. �As an expression of sympathy, you may wish to consider memorials to First English Lutheran Church.
