Belden Hill COOK, age 96, of Cambridge, Wisconsin, died Saturday, May 30, 2009 at Our House Assisted Living in Cambridge. He was born on May 16, 1913 in Cedar Rapids Iowa to Nellie (Franks) and Charles E. Cook. �Surviving are: Son: Donald D. (Jill) Cook, of Cambridge, WI; Grandchildren: Mark (Deborah) Cook, of Folkston, GA, Donna (Michael) Curtis, of Grand Forks ND, and C. Brian (Michelle) Cook, of Monroe, WI; nine Great-Grandchildren, Amber, Kyle, and Dante Cook, of Folkston GA, Brandon and Nicole Curtis, of Grand Forks ND, and Caitlyn, Amy, Brianna, and Autumn Cook, of Monroe, WI; Great-Great-Grandson: Michael "Mikey" Curtis II; Brother: Charles (Mary) Cook, of Lodi, WI; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. �Preceding him in death: his parents; his wife, Glada M. (Kershaw) Cook; and 2 Brothers: Raymond and Irvin Cook. �No formal services will be held.
