Obituary of Cyril G. Bouma

Cyril G BOUMA, age 88, of Cambridge, Wisconsin,died June 18, 2009, at the Countryside Nursing Home, in Jefferson, WI. Cyril was born on February 23, 1921 in Milwaukee, WI. Cyril grew up in the Cambridge area and attended school in the rural Fort Atkinson area. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII from 1942 until 1945 in the 631st tank destroyer unit in Central Europe. On August 24, 1941, Cyril married Ruby L. Rindahl in Cambridge, Wisconsin. Cyril worked as a brick mason. He enjoyed wood carving, painting, and dancing. Surviving are: Wife: Ruby Bouma, Cambridge, WI, Son: Mark (Elizabeth) Bouma, Cambridge, WI, Granddaughter: Shelly Lambert, Smyrna, TN, Great-Grandson: Justin Lambert, Smyrna, TN, Great-Granddaughter: Kristin(Chris) Hamelin, Smyrna, TN, and many other relatives and friends. �Cyril was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Hattie Bouma.
