Obituary of Phyllis Eileen Bogie

Phyllis Eileen BOGIE, age 85, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI. Phyllis was born in Little Prairie, Wisconsin on May 7, 1924, the daughter of Frank and Margaret (Brereton) Smale. She graduated from Whitewater College High School. On February 24, 1945, Phyllis married Neil Bogie. Neil preceded her in death on May 26, 1996. Phyllis was a homemaker, member of the Whitewater Seniors in the Park and the Walworth County Homemakers and was an avid crafter. �Surviving are: Two Sons: Ivan (Elizabeth) Bogie, Whitewater, WI, and Art (Katherine) Bogie, Fort Atkinson, WI, Daughter: Kathy (Tom) Kilpin, East Troy, WI, Grandchildren: Paula (Jason) Kadubeck, Andrea Bogie (Adriano Udani), Aaron (Jamie) Bogie, Amy (Todd) Schmidt, Jeffrey (Christina) Bogie, and Tim (Lisa) Bridgeman, Great-Grandchildren: Ethan, Madeline, Michael, Owen, Naomi and Madison , Brother: Wesley (Becky) Smale, Palmyra, WI, and Sister: Vera (Gordan) Wargowski, Beloit, WI. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter Bessie Mae and a brother Marvin Smale. Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 8, 2010, at 11:00AM at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Whitewater, Wisconsin with Rev. Glenn Skatrud officiating. Burial will be in the Little Prairie Cemetery, Town of Troy, Wisconsin. Friends may call from 2-5PM on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the Nitardy Funeral Home, Whitewater, WI. and also one hour prior to the services on Monday.
