Obituary of LaVerna Nora Reich

LaVerna Nora Reich, age 89, of Sullivan, Wisconsin, died on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at Countryside Nursing Home in Jefferson, WI. LaVerna was born on April 13, 1921 in Rome, WI to Henry and Henrietta (Radiskey) Hoffman. LaVerna graduated from Jefferson High School in 1939. On January 18, 1942 she married Orval Reich. He preceded her in death on December 26, 1979. LaVerna was ahead of her time as she worked for over 40 years as an overhead crane operator for Waukesha Engines. She loved her cats and dogs, her flowers and was always helping others who were in need. Surviving are: Son-in-Law Carl Kienbaum, Whitewater, Granddaughters; April Furman, Dawn (Rich) Sarow, Mariann Kienbaum of Whitewater, Linda (Ron) Bohlender of Roscoe, Il., and Cherie (John) Ells of Fort Atkinson, Grandsons; Carl (Brenda) Kienbaum, N. Fond Du Lac, Sterling (Rhonda) Kienbaum, Oshkosh, Ben (Dawn) Kienbaum, Menomonee Falls, Rommel Kienbaum and Scott Kienbaum, Whitewater, Roger (Jane) Kienbaum, Edgerton, Paul (Marge) Kienbaum, Janesville, Robert Kienbaum, Milton, and Phillip (Jennifer) Kienbaum, Fort Atkinson, Great Grandchildren; Robert and Ross Ardelt, Nicole(Greg) Leason, John Carl, Nolan Ells, Carl, Chelsea, Jenna, Derek, Jared, Bryce, Lexie, David, Trisha, Katie, Adam, Jamie, Allen, Jessica, Courtney, Gwendalyn, Connor, Joshua and Casey Kienbaum, Great Great Grandson, Cash Leason and a special cousin, Leone Ortelle of Fort Atkinson. LaVerna was preceded in death by her parents, Daughters; June and Phylis Kienbaum, Son-in-Law Francis Kienbaum and Grandson-in-Law George Furman. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at 11:00am at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 550 N. Newcomb St., Whitewater, WI with burial in the Riverview Cemetery, located in Town of Sullivan, Wisconsin.
