Obituary of Thomas Ruzicka

Thomas Emmon Ruzicka, 45, Fort Atkinson, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Janesville, WI.

Tom was born on December 5, 1975 in Watertown, WI to Vernon and Janet (Marlen) Ruzicka.  He graduated from Fort Atkinson High School in 1994.  Tom married Brittany Cunningham on August 12, 2017.  He was employed at Generac Power Systems of Whitewater.

 
He is survived by his wife Brittany; sister Janice (Steve) Klever, Freeport, IL; niece, Bridgett Ennis, Freeport, IL; cousin, Cindy Brown, St. Genevieve, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents. 

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 1008 Madison Ave Fort Atkinson, WI 53538.  Inurnment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Atkinson.
