Hello Linda,
Tom just reminded me about the four of us grouse hunting in our pick up truck camper.
We went riding around the lake. Your dog was in the back of the camper.
I set a roaster of ribs on the stove not thinking about the rough terrain. The four of us sat up front in the pickup for the view.
The ribs ended up on the floor do to the bumpy ride (our supper). The dog enjoyed and was licking his lips on the last rib when I opened the door. We all laughed and went out for a burgers and beer for supper. The poor dog had a case of the trots for 2 days from the ribs. I think he even ate a few rib bones. Those were Jones Dairy Farm baby back ribs. At least we didn't need to clean up much because the dog licked things pretty clean. That is except for my new gun case for my Winchester Model 12. A mess.

Linda,
Out sympathy is with you and your family. We will pray for all of you.
I found this very old photo of when the four of us shot trap from couples league.
Dale Ruther was president then and awarded the four of us for being good shots.
God Bless,
Tom, Joyce, Ron and Rick Sprengel
