Obituary of Thomas Curtis Nacius

Thomas Curtis Nacius, 57,  passed away after a short battle with cancer on November 7th, 2020 with his niece Jill Gregoire by his side.

 

Tom had a great spirit for life. He loved to cook and bake, especially around Christmas time.  He loved his crafts and his unconditional love for animals was enormous. Tom also loved to talk on the phone with his family and friends; keeping them laughing with his great sense of humor. Tom lived his life making others happy. One special way he did this was by being a foster parent for years.

 

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Charles “Chuck” and Verdilla Nacius; his brother David Regner; and his loving partner Guy Peterson.

 

He is survived by his two sons, Dustin and Devon Nacius; his daughter Kayla Nacius; his granddaughter Addison Nacius; his sisters Sandy (Jerry) Myhre and Karen (Bill) Streu; his brothers Ken (Bonnie) Nacius and Randy (Jeanne) Nacius; his sister-in-law Kitty Foth; and his special friend Tammy Peterson as well as many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

 

Tom will be buried in Long Lake Cemetery alongside his parents. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
