Obituary of Patricia Mary Lenz

Patricia Mary Lenz, 78, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin passed away on October 21, 2018 at  her home surrounded by her family.

Pat was born in Wausau, Wisconsin on August 12, 1940 the daughter of William D. and Jeanette M. (Havemann) Rogan. 

On May 7, 1960, Pat married Willard Daniel Lenz in DuBuQue, Iowa.

Pat worked as a medical transcriber for Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital for 18 years, before retiring in 2006.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson, WI.

Surviving are: Her husband Willard D. Lenz, Fort Atkinson, WI, Sons: Timothy (Leanne) Lenz, Thomas (Susan) Lenz, and Steven (Mary) Lenz, all of Fort Atkinson, WI; Grandchildren: Chelsea, Emily, John, Samuel Lenz, Brandon, and Max Church; Great Grandchildren: Gage Lang, Elizabeth Ells, Siblings: Dennis Rogan, AZ, Robert Rogan, Yonkers, NY, Barbara Rogan, Waukesha, WI, Margaret, Rogan, Waukesha, WI, and Mary Helgerson, Racine, WI.  She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; and her son Jeffrey, and a sister Kathleen Hoffmann.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00PM on Friday October 26, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1660 Endl Blvd, Fort Atkinson, WI with Father Peter Auer celebrating.  . Interment will be in the St. Joseph's Cemetery Fort Atkinson, WI.

Friends may call at the church from 10am until the time of service on Friday, October 26, 2018.
