Obituary of Beverly Ann Kraus

Beverly Ann Kraus, Whitewater, passed away on December 8, 2017 at Aurora Lakeland hospital, Elkhorn, WI. Bev was born on December 20, 1939 in Milwaukee, WI to William and Clara (Wolter) Miller. She graduated from Elkhorn High School in 1958. She married Thomas Kraus on May 9, 1964 in Palentine, IL. Bev was employed by First Citizens State Bank, Whitewater and she and her husband owned Tom's Tap in Richmond, WI. Bev enjoyed her yearly trips to Las Vegas and trips to Ho Chunk. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed being with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Tom; children, Ted Kraus, Fort Atkinson, Cyndie Bultman, Whitewater; grandchildren, Joseph and Kevin Kraus, Autumn and Luke Bultman; sister, Marilyn Nord, Baraga, MI, William (Cris) Miller, Suring, WI, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 550 N. Newcomb St., Whitewater, WI 53190. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 4:00-7:00pm at the Nitardy Funeral Home and on Thursday at the funeral home from 12:00pm until the time of the service. Burial will follow at the Richmond Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at the Lakeland Health Care Center for the loving care over the years.
