Obituary of Jason Zimdars

Jason Zimdars Age 35, of Fort Atkinson passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018. He was born February 20, 1982 in Janesville, the son of Brenda Leiske and David Zimdars. Jason graduated from Fort Atkinson High School in 2000 where he was involved in art. He continued to evolve in his artistic abilities. Jason was skilled in many trades including roofing and machining. He married Tracey Tuinstra on his birthday February 20, 2008 in Jefferson County. Jasons survivors include his wife Tracey, his children Austin, Summer, Lily and Rylie; his parents Brenda Leiske, Fort Atkinson, David and Delanie Zimdars, Fort Atkinson; two brothers and one sister Anthony (Kendra) Zimdars, Waukesha, Amanda (Joe Beaudoin) Poetzl, Madison, Adam Zimdars, Maui. He is further survived by his nephew Ezekiel Zimdars. Jason dearly loved his dog Bruiser and his cat Piper. Jason was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Doris and Orval Leiske and paternal grandparents Lucille and Heino Zimdars. Jason had a heart of gold and saw the good in everyone. He loved riding his Suzuki rocket and wearing new Nike shoes. His children loved him and he could do no wrong in their eyes. He was a loving father. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018, 1:00 pm at Nitardy Funeral Home Fort Atkinson, with Pastor Connor Manning officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11:00 am until the hour of service. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
